Yes, Both senders and recipients receive status updates. Senders see updates such as claimed/declined, shipped & delivered without location details. Recipients receive delivery related updates needed to complete the shipment.

Currently, we don't offer express shipping as we prioritize secure handling over speed. However, we're working on adding faster options for select cities soon.
